About us
As we were enjoying the Dutch countryside back in 2004, we discovered our dream house. This traditional farmhouse called 'De Tolboom'(toll-gate) was built in 1901. The farmhouse showed a lot of wear and tear over the years and had to be totally rebuilt. It took us nearly a year to finish the project. Our goal was to preserve all the old characteristics and charm, and update it to the needs of the present time. After we moved in we received a lot of positive feedback and compliments. This inspired us to realize the next dream; we have always wanted to own and operate a B&B. In 2008 we started to rebuild the old hayshed and transform it into a B&B. You can now enjoy the old country charm with the luxury as you would expect in the better accomodations at a reasonable rate.
Our B&B is conveniently situated near the Old Toys Museum, Old Windmill 'Den Olden Florus', The Poultry Museum in Barneveld. Various local Fairs during the summer give you a wonderful experience.

Room 1: €70,- for 2 pers.
€60,- for 1 pers.
Room 2: €80,- for 2 pers.
€70,- for 1 pers.
Prices include: breakfast (roomservice), highspeed internet, cable tv and all applicable taxes.
